- Solo is free for good, not a trial. It's there so a tech can take Dataplate with them to the next shop. (Yes, we know that's how we get in the door. That's the point.)
What $39 buys.
A report with the unit's age and a recommendation on it, on every job, from every tech, without anyone writing anything at night. One approved replacement a year pays for a tech's seat many times over. If that isn't happening within a couple of months, cancel from Settings — it takes two clicks and nobody calls you.
Pricing questions
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. You add one when you decide to keep going.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month. Annual is optional and only there because it's cheaper.
What counts as a "tech"?
Anyone who logs in to capture jobs. Owners and office staff who only look at reports don't count — add as many as you like.
What happens if I go over 10 jobs on the free plan?
The 11th job asks you to upgrade. Nothing gets deleted.
What does "founder pricing locked for life" actually mean?
If you're one of the first 100 shops, your price is $29 per tech per month for as long as you're a customer, no matter what we charge new shops later. If you cancel and come back, you come back at the current price.
Do you charge for the AI?
No credits, no add-ons, no "AI tier." Nameplate reading and write-ups are the product; you don't pay extra to use the product.
